Dear Ms. Brown,

I am writing to ask you about the life skills courses you advertised in Teenage Magazine.

I am a Grade 11 student and I have been suffering from a lot of stress. Especially, I cannot concentrate on my studies and can't remember things, either. I was wondering if you could advise me which of the courses I should take. I would also like to know about the tuition fee, the course duration, the trainer and the starting date and whether or not I will get a certificate after the course.
