My name is Kerem. I live in Turkey and I usually study at Ankara High School. But it’s July, and I’m not at high school now. In fact, I’m not in Turkey. I’m in Brighton, in the UK! I’m here for three weeks.

       I’m studying English at the Ocean Summer School in Brighton. My parents aren’t here – I’m living with a family in Brighton. They can’t speak Turkish, so I speak English all the time! Every morning I go to school by bus. We have four lessons a day. We study English grammar and we learn new vocabulary every day. Sometimes we listen to English songs, and we talk about them with the teacher. I’m having fun, and my English is improving!
