Because he fell in love with the rich man's daughter, he worked wholeheartedly for him, without any wages. But when the girl was about to get married, the rich man forced him to find a hundred-burnt bamboo. Although he knew it was difficult, he still had to agree to go find it. After many days of hard work and difficulty wading through the bamboo forest, the poor farmer still could not find a single bamboo tree with enough hundreds of candles. Helpless, sad, he sat down on the ground and cried. Seeing that, buddhist appeared and asked him. Knowing the source of the matter, the Buddha told him to go and cut a hundred pieces of bamboo here, and then he would teach him the mantra. Hearing that, he was very happy, hurried to cut bamboo immediately. Enough bamboo and mallow taught him the two mantras "carving in, entering and leaving" and "carving out, carving out" to put together the bamboo segments. Overjoyed, he thanked him and hurried home. Unexpectedly, at home, the rich man was getting married for his daughter and another rich man. So angry, he immediately recited the spell, stuck the landlord's name and the rich man's name on the bamboo, unable to remove it. It was not until he was willing to fulfill his promise that he released him. Finally, after many hardships, the farmer also married the person he loved.
