Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Morever, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.

I live in Ho Chi Minh City and I know very well about the "evil" traffic jam or in other words the traffic jams here. As the central city of the South, but the roads leading to the center of Ho Chi Minh City are very narrow. Many transport infrastructure areas have not changed for decades, if any, they cannot keep up with the development of society. It is worth mentioning, although there are infrastructure projects launched to solve the above situation, most of them are behind schedule, while some projects have been stopped construction for a long time. Therefore, traffic jam is affecting this beautiful city and needs more attention from the government.
