Sau động từ to be phải là một danh từ (hoặc một tính từ hoặc một cụm danh từ)

`=>`Câu điều kiện Loại 1 là câu điều kiện có thực ở hiện tại. Trong câu điều kiện Loại 1, vế đầu nói về một điều kiện có thể thực sự xảy ra trong hiện tại hoặc tương lai ( chứa If ), vế sau chỉ kết quả có thể thực sự xảy ra trong hiện tại hoặc tương lai.
