Lantern Festival is a seasonal festival held in China. This festival has great spiritual significance for the Chinese. People celebrate it on January 15th of lunar year. The festival is hold every year. In the festival, people will hung lanterns, wished, lion dance, play firework and puzzle solving. The festival is held to mark the end of the long winter and the beginning of spring.

     Dịch: Lễ hội đèn lồng là một lễ hội theo mùa được tổ chức tại Trung Quốc. Lễ hội này có ý nghĩa tinh thần lớn đối với người Trung Quốc. Mọi người ăn mừng nó vào ngày 15 tháng 1 năm âm lịch. Lễ hội được tổ chức hàng năm. Trong lễ hội, mọi người sẽ treo đèn lồng, cầu nguyện, múa lân, chơi pháo hoa và giải câu đố. Lễ hội được tổ chức để đánh dấu sự kết thúc của mùa đông dài và bắt đầu mùa xuân.

Tet is a national and family festival. It is an occasion for every Vietnamese to have a good time while thinking about the last year and the next year. At Tet, spring fairs are organized, streets and public buildings are brightly decorated and almost all shops are crowded with people shopping for Tet. At home, every is tidied, special food is cooked,offerings of food, fresh water, flowers and betel are made on the family altar with burning joss- sticks scenting the air. First-footing is made when the lucky visitor comes and children are given lucky money wrapped in a red tiny envelope. Tet is also a time for peace and love. During Tet, children often behave well and friends, relatives and neighbors give each other best wishes for the new year.
