You know,  Michael Jordan is the best known athlete in the world. He is the leading scorer in the national basketball association (NBA). He is, so far, and will be for a long time, the best basketball player in the history of the game. Jordan was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina. He went to the University of North Carolina and as a freshman scored the winning basket in the 1982 NCAA championship game against Georgetown.

Michael  Jordan is a retired world famous professional basketball player. He is considered one of the greatest basketball players of all time, one of the biggest impressions in the sports community of his time and the one who brought the wide popularity of basketball. The NBA went out worldwide in the 1980s and 1990s.
