All of us want to have good health because we cannot buy health by money even we are rich.I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself.  Firstly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you had better eat vegetables, fruits and avoid fastfood. In addition, you should not drink coffee, beer or wine because they are very harmful. Secondly, doing exercise regularly is also a way to stay healthy. For instance, you can play volleyball, walk or go swimming every morning.
