Secondly, doing exercise regularly is also a way to stay healthy. For instance, you can play volleyball, walk or go swimming every morning. Moreover, doing exercise will help you stronger, more active and prevent a lot of diseases. Last but not least, you should take enough sleep. You'd better sleep 6 to 8 hours a day because it will boost your mind in the morning. Especially, do not go to bed late or watch TV over night. In conclusion, there are many ways to stay healthy but the above ones are the most popular and easiest to follow.
