Talking about your neighbourhood:

My neighbourhood is in a small village. It is surrounded by a hedge of green bamboos. I can see many streets, houses, trees, hills, schools,... Most of the houses in my neighbourhood are built of brick and have red-tiled roofs. The streets are not as noisy as the city. People live in my neighbourhood are very friendly and hospitable. They're willing to offer mutual help in any case. I love my neighbourhood very much because I was born and have grown up there and spent my happiest.

Talking about your friend:

 My best friend is Huy. The first reason I consider him as my best friend is that he has a very warm personality.

 He is so friendly when he meets everywhere. For example, he always smiles politely on me that makes absolutely delighted when I meet him. The second reason is that Huy is a funny person. He always tell me some funny stories in order to reduce stress from studying. In addition, he is mighty smart. According to my observation, he easily understands the lessons when he reads or studies. He is my good example forever. To summarize, Huy is one of my best friends who has a good personality that he make me more happy and interested in him. I really like him.
