Lucy: I'am making '' pho". A traditional dish in Viet Nam

Adam: I see it's has many ingredient in there to 

Lucy: Well it's have rice noodles; some herbs; beef, or chicken

Adam: I want to know how to cook tasty soup in "pho" like you

Lucy: you need some ingredient to cook it

Adam: like what

Lucy: you need some anise; some pepper; some Vietnamese basil, and some salt

Adam: Thank you Lucy

A: Hi, what are you doing?

B: I'm cooking omelette.

A: How do you make it.

B: First, beat the eggs together with salt and pepper.

A: Oh, I don't like pepper so I don't use it in my omelette.

B: Then, heat the oil over high heat in a frying pan.

A: Ok, what about next?

B: Next, pour the eggs mixture into the pan and cook for two minute.

A: Probably that stage will have to be very careful.

B: After that, fold the omelette in half.

A: And then?

B: And finally, put the omelette on a plate and serve it with some vegetable. I love omelette.

A: Ohh, I think it is very difficult!
