In my leisure time, I often play sports. Because it is very good for our bodies. Firstly, playing sports is fun and exciting. We can play sports with each other after a hard day or after-school. Besides, playing sports develop teamwork and leadership skills. Finally, playing sports helps us protect from sicks, heart attack or high blood pressure. As I have noted, we should play sports. It helps us make new friends, keep fit and healthy and learn how to work with others.
