Dear mom and dad,

I arrived in Hanoi at 8.00 yesterday morning. Lan picked me up at the airport and then we came to her house. The flight made me tired so I had a deep sleep. When I waked up, Lan took me to some famous places such as Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Hoan Kiem Lake,...Lan is very good and so is her family. Tomorrow we will go and buy some souvenirs for you and for my friends. I will come back home in this weekend. Remember to pick me up when I call. I miss you so much.

Dear parents.
I am traveling to Hanoi, so I cannot go home early. During the days when I was away, how were my parents? Have enough to eat? I miss you two very much.
Referring to Hanoi's autumn season without mentioning Vom Vong, milk flower is nothing interesting. Knowing that, I also walked around the streets of the capital, feeling the passionate scent of milk flowers in the wind and the scent of nuggets from street vendors. Those are the most simple things of the capital land that everyone feels interesting when coming to Hanoi in the autumn days. One sunny afternoon, walking on the streets of Nguyen Du, Quang Trung, Phan Dinh Phung… inhaling the scent of milk flowers and feeling the peace of life to love more this land.
