Hi Daisy, Sorry to hear that you are ill. Don't worry. I had it last week and I'm much better now. This is the advice the doctor gave me. You should go to bed early,drink lots of water,check temperature,keep warm and rest.You shouldn't go out,open the windows and do any houseworks.
