1. Which sentence are you most surprised by? Why?

=> "Eat more fresh fish, like sushi, and you will be healthier." I am really surprised by this sentence because I have never eaten fresh fish before. I think we can only eat fish after we cook it. If we eat fish without cooking, we  will have stomachache. I think so but it's not true. It's amazing.

2. Do you know any health facts or myths in Viet Nam?
