My hobby is playing badminton. I like it because it makes me feel relaxed and funny. I started like it when I'm 7 years old. Person who shares the hobby with me is my best friend. Play badminton can help me more healthy and fit. Some people say that hobby is boring but it is'nt. All you need is time. I often play badminton with my friend five times a week because I like it. I think in the future, I will still like this hobby.

Staying healthy is the most important in our life.There are a lot of activities for us to stay healthy.For me,I usually swim in the river in front of my house.I often swim with my brother every afternoon .I swim about 1 hours every day.I also do exercise every morning to keep fit.I think we do not skip the breakfast because is the most important meal in a day,I don't like drink soft drink,I only drink plenty water(about 1l a day).That is all my way to keep fit and stay healthy and ! think everyone should  follow my way !
