The Bru- Van Kieu people have a population of about 74.500 people living in Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien- Hue. The Bru- Van Kieu language belongs to the Mon- Khmer group. They have a production activities: growing rice, terraced fields, raising cattle and poultry. They hold festival and ceremony here before they sowing seeds.
