Currently, our school has a large plot of land with many trees, and as a result students benefit greatly from them. Trees solve many problems at my school, like the need for fresh air (they absorb carbon dioxide and produce oxygen), and they provide shade for students on hot summer days. However, nothing lasts forever, so action needs to be taken to keep our schools green. Although the school has a cleaning team, they cannot take care of it all by themselves. We, the students - should join hands with them. Sure, students can help by planting trees, cleaning the school grounds, saving electricity, etc. but sometimes the smallest things matter. Helping is important, but the will to keep the school clean is even more important. The only way for students to help without coercion is to convince them, tell them how bad the situation will be without green schools and how it will affect them. If I were the principal of our school, I would try to raise funds for eco-friendly projects, partner with environmental organizations and form a green team for the school. Not only that, I will also organize classes and events so students can learn about Going Green. Overall, I believe that making my school green is a necessity that will greatly and positively affect the environment of the people who work and study there. Therefore, each of us must have a role to play in protecting the environment. Not only in the school's interest, but also in our own interests. Let's do this together.
