All of the special holidays in my country, I like Tet the most. Tet is an occasion to everyone get together in warm atmosphere. Before Tet holiday, Everyone prepares many things and decorates their house. I plant a lot of flowers in front of my house and buy many things such as clothes, foods ...

Besides, most of the streets also are decorated beautifully with colorful lights and flowers. During Tet, I spends more time on visiting my relatives, friends and colleagues. Especially, I give to each other the best wishes for the new year. Tet is an opportunity for children receive lucky money. There is a funny thing that people try to avoid argument or saying any bad things at Tet. I love Tet holiday!

Perhaps the Tet holidays for many kids in the vn are the days when they find joy and excitement. But the New Year is what they expect more than ever

Spring comes, Tet has knocked out of every home, joy doubled, happiness multiplied. Children wait for the New Year even more than adults. Adults say Happy New Year but there are more things to worry about, shopping for more things and spending more money. But children to have one week off during Tet holidaydo not care about that, because Tet is an opportunity for us to have more new clothes, receive lucky money.

I don't know how Tet is in other places, but my Tet holiday in my hometown is always full of laughter and blessings for each other for a happy new year, good fortune. Because in my neighborhood, every afternoon 30 Tet, everyone would invite each other to prepare for New Year's Eve.Everyone was eager and hard-working, no one envied anyone, everyone worked hard and enthusiastically.. The national flags are hung high on the bright red tile roof, fluttering in the sky to create a joyful and excited atmosphere.Although the weather was still cold, the morning dew still hung on the tree, but everyone's smiles were on their lips. 

On the first day of the new year,adults will give children money in a red envelope. The envelopes is usually in red color because according to Asian’s beliefs, red signifies great luck. People come to acquaintances' house to exchange new year's wishes and Typical dishes are banh chung, sausage, cha, meat braised duck seed.


for me the New Year holiday is to enjoy time and eat meals with friends or family members. Perhaps spring makes every home's atmosphere warm and peaceful.
