In my free time, I always go swimming with my brother and my friends. It's so happy. Swimming is good for health. When you go to swimming, it help you fresher, more than taller and relax. When you swimming , you need all of your body activities maximum so it will very great for your nerve as much as your body.

there are a lot of activities leisure time and my favourite leisure activities is playing sporst. I pend playing sporst with my friends in your free time. It is good for health and make poeple feel tronger every day. Moreover, ihave a chance to make frieds and improve social skill. Last but not least, i can relax uor mind af ter school.
