Following the development of the world, there are more and more changes in the education. Everyday, after chool, students have to attend various extra classes which leads to their stress and exhausted. In the role of a teacher, I should do somethings to help my students relieve. First of all,I will not give them many homework so they will have time to do other activities.Secondly, sometimes, I should tell them interesting stories instead of talking tô much about the lesson. Last but not least, students should not be fought or got a scolding which affect a lot to their emotion as well as their performance at school. In conclusion, students should be learnt in good atmosphere and teachers should put themselves in students' shoes  to understand how hard they are to have  proper behaviours
