The first step in treating a major burn is to call the number 911 or seek the emergency medical care. Second steps is take until emergency arrives include: Make sure you and the person who’s burned are safe and go out of the harm’s way. Move them away from the source of the burn. If it’s an electrical burn, turn off the power source before touching them. Check to see if they’re breathing. Then if needed, start breathing if you’ve been trained. Remove the restrictive items from their body, such as belts and jewelry in or near the burned areas. Burned areas typically swell quickly. Finaly cover the burned area. Use a clean clothe or bandage that’s moistened with cool, clean water.

As far as I understand, when someone has an electric shock, it's advised to immediately remove them from the electricity source. However, it's worth emphasizing that touching an electrocuted person directly endangers our own lives because the human body can conduct electricity. So, using an item made from materials that doesn't conduct electricity such as wood or plastic is a much safer method to do it. After that, we should dial the medical emergency hotline 115. While waiting for medical assitance, we should try to check for their signs of life; and if there's none, begin CPR to help the person have a better chance of survival.

As far as I understand, when we find ourselves with someone with a shock, we should immediately dial the medical emergency hotline 115. While waiting for medical assitance, we should lay the person down and lift their legs up by placing them on something, a chair for example. Then if we fail to find any signs of life from the person, we should immediately begin CPR to help the person have a better chance of survival.
