Vietnam has changed a lot from the past to these days. First, mobile phones and broadband internet became affordable from 2004 which led to the widespread usage of the internet in the country. Second, the approval of Vietnam’s membership to WTO in 2007 which created the second wave of business opportunities in Vietnam (the first wave being the normalization of the relation with China in 1991). Third, the revolutionary of the university education system to conform to the standard of the world that started from the change to the credit system in 2007–2010. Fourth, the new Institution in 2013 which gave more freedom to the people. Last, the usage of online tax, custom and some government applications throughout the years made lives easier for normal citizens.
