Mid_Autumn festival is one of the popular celebrations in the Viet Nam.
Every year,it's on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. It's organized so that people celebrate the largest full moon in the year.
In that festival, children wear masks, parade on the street have parties with special cakes and lots of fruits. 
I feel happy when taking part in it because it makes me exited and helps me remember about my childish.

     Hari Raya Puasa is an important celebration in the Muslim calendar. The word "Hari Raya" means "a day of celebration" . Many people mistake Hari Raya Puasa for Muslim New Year but it is not . In actual fact , Hari Raya Puasa is a fesrom fastival celebrated by the Muslims to mark the end of the one-month fasting.

     Prior to Hari Raya Puasa, the Muslims fast for a one-month period. This is known as Ramadan. The fasting time begins at sunrice and ends at sunset. Everyone, including young childen, has to fast. Only the sick are excused from fasting.

     For this special occasion, the Muslims buy nem clothes, give their homes a new coat of paint and buy new furniture. On the morning of Hari Raya Puasa, the Muslims wear their new clothes to the mosque to pray and offer thanks to their God. Then they will seek forgiveness from their elders before visting friends and relatives.

      Unmarried childen will receive money placed ingreen packts from their elders. Many delicious dishes will also be served for this special occasion.
