2.Phan Thi My Tam (born January 16, 1981) is a Vietnamese female singer, songwriter and actress. Born in Da Nang, she soon showed off her talent for music and continuously won many singing competitions when she was a teenager. She started her singing career with her first album Forever Love (2001) and the next album Not only me (2002) not long after graduating as valedictorian at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music. 1.In my opinion, health is very important and there are many ways to keep fit. First, you should eat enough 3 meals a day and eat more vegetables and fruits because they are good for your health. Secondly, you should drink enough water every day. And remember that water is very important for your body. Thirdly, you should do more exercise and do more outdoor activities. You shouldn't stay at home too much to play computer or watch TV because you'll harm your eyes. Finally, i think you should go to the doctor to check your health.
