My favourite Vietname  food is omelette.  It is easy to make.T he ingredients for an omelette is two eggs, a pinch of salt, two teaspoons of cold water, a half teaspoon of pepper and two tablespoons of oil. First, beat two eggs together with a pinch of salt, two teaspoons of cold water and a half teaspoon of pepper. Then, heat two tablespoons of oil over high heat in a frying pan. Next, pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for two minutes. After that, fold the omelettein half. Finally, put the omelette on a plate and serve it with some vegetables. The omelette is delicious and easy to make. We can enioy it for all kinds of meal. It is very convenient, right?

Hello everyone, today i want to write about a special Vietnamese food - eel soup. It made very simple. To cook eel soup, you need have some eels, a pot of broth and some vegetables.
