Pho is one of my favorite food. There are two main kind of pho: pho with beef and pho with chicken but I like pho with beef . It is made from rice flour and The water is stewed from cow bone. at about 6 o’clock in the morning I usually have a light breakfast with a bowl of pho. Pho is often served with vegetables.  it's very delicious. Tourists come to Vietnam very much like to eat pho. I love pho and I can eat it every morning without boring.

Pho is a famous Vietnamese dish, it is said to symbolize the cuisine of Vietnam. Pho is cooked with flour and broth. The broth is cooked by simmering chicken or pork to make a soup. The delicious noodle dish is thanks to the broth, if it is not cooked properly, the pho will not be delicious. Every year, many foreign tourists come to Vietnam and enjoy pho, they all feel very excited. I really like Vietnamese cuisine.
