Hope this letter finds you in the pink of your health. I regret to inform you that we did not meet together last Saturday just because of some unavoidable circumstances. Allow me to elaborate this matter.

I feel extremely sorry to let you know that I was unable to visit at meeting place. I had an emergency before on that such day. I received a phone call from my cousin last Friday informed me that my maternal uncle got serious injury in an accident. He has been hospitalized and soon to be operated. Thus, I urgently visited to the hospital with my father. As a result, I could not attend the meeting with you on that day.

However, I tried to contact you through the mobile phone but unluckily my call was disconnected due to network problem. Additionally, I would greatly appreciate if u could arrange a new meeting after couple of weeks.
