My favourite Vietnamese food is fruit salad (hoa quả dầm) - a kind of dessert. Basically it’s a fruit salad mixed withcoconut milk and condensed milk. You can add any kind of fruit you like. My favourite choices arewatermelon, apple, mango, jackfruit, and longan. It’s very easy to make fruit salad. You just need to cutthe fruit into small pieces. Then you add coconut milk, condensed milk up to your taste. You top the mixturewith some grounded ice, stir and enjoy.

Viet Nam is famous for many traditional food such as Mi Quang, Banh Com, Banh xeo,....exs. And my favourite Vietnamese food is Pho. I think Pho is the feature of Vietnamese people. Pho is served in the bowl with a white rice noodles and a slice of beef in the beef broth. Pho is very delisous and tasty. I think is to cook Pho is very easy. First, stewing the bone of cows to make beef broth. Second, cut a slice of white rice noodles and cut a slice beef. Then, put them into the bowl with beef broth. Finally, served it with lemon and some vegetables. I really like Pho. I hope i can eat Pho every day!
