I agree with this idea. I think that students will benefit greatly from studying by themselves at home with the help of technology.
First of all, students can get access to a lot of useful information on the Internet. The Internet is a huge resource where one can find useful information not only about a particular subject but also about some other spheres too. For example, if you are doing an assignment on psychology, you can find useful information not only in well-known psychology books but also on websites devoted to psychology or even on social media networks.
Secondly, if a student has any questions regarding the material he or she has read, he or she can use social media networks and ask them there. For example, I have a friend who sometimes asks questions about English on Facebook and gets quick replies from people who know English better than she does. This is extremely helpful when you need answers quickly as most people reply within minutes or hours whereas it may take days for you to get an answer from your teacher or lecturer via email or phone call.
In conclusion, I believe that studying at home is beneficial because it gives students access to a lot of useful information and they also have an opportunity to ask their questions online quickly and receive helpful answers as soon as possible.
