Young people nowadays spend most of their free time on social networking sites to watch news or YouTube to watch entertaining videos, for example. But I think this is not a good habit. If our eyes are exposed to too much electronic devices, it will lead to eye strain and possible near-sightedness. In my opinion, instead of spending time surfing Facebook and watching Youtube, we can do other things such as helping parents with housework, playing sports or exercising to improve our health. We should spend a lot of time with our family instead of spending a lot of time on the phone.
