I'll tell you about my neightborhood.

I live in a house in the countryside. It's big and very beautyful. From my bedroom window, I can see the meadow, the river and also my garden too. It's one kilometer from my house to shool, so I go to school on foot. Near my house is the library, supermarket, hospital,... But I like the library most beacause I alway read book there.

I hope you’re doing well. I’m just writing to say I’m very happy that you’d want to come to visit Phu Ly City next year.

You know, every year we celebrate Tet holiday in February and let me tell you, it’s extremely fun. So, it’ll be best if you visit the city during this time of year. It’d be even better if you’d come and enjoy the first 2 weeks of this month because the weather is always refreshing at the start of spring.

If you’re looking for a place to stay, I suggest Vincom Hotel. It’s located right in the center of the city so it’s very convenient to go around and explore downtown. What’s more, it’s rated 5 stars and recommended by many locals and travelers on Facebook.

That said, I’d be very happy if you’d want to stay at my home in Quy Luu Street. I have 2 spare bedrooms for you and your family to stay in. We’ll also have a chance to hang out at night so I can show you around my friendly and peaceful neighborhood.

I feel very exciting right now. Our Tet holiday is coming. This year I will cook banh chung with my grandparents. I'll also go shopping with my mom and I will buy sweets and cakes because I love them. I won’t have to go to school. My dad and I will decorate my house with colorful lights, kumquat tree and peach blossoms. Our family will watch fireworks display together. At Tet, people should say good things and wish for the new beginnings. Aldults should give children lucky money. People shouldn't sweep the foor because all the luck and money will flow out of your house. They also shouldn’t break things. Otherwise, they will have unfortune throughout the year.
