My favourite food is omelette. To make omelette, we need two eggs, a pinch of salt, a half teaspoon of pepper and two teaspoons of oil. First, we beat the eggs together with salt pepper and cold water. Then, we heat the oil over high heat in a frying pan. Next, we pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for two minutes. After that, we fold the omelette in half. Finally, we put the omelette on a plate and serve it with some vegetables. It's so delicious !

Today I would like to introduce a drink that is very popular in Vietnam in the summer, which is lemon juice.  Lemon juice is very popular in Vietnam because it can help people forget the thirst and it is also very easy to do.  First you need some sugar and some lemons.  Next, squeeze the lemon into a cup.  Finally add some sugar to the cup.  So we have made a delicious glass of lemonade.
