* about your health:

Nowaday, have a good health is a big problem all over the world. Therefore, I will give you some advices.There are several ways to have a good health in our life. First of all, we should have a reasonable diet. For example, we should eat more vegetable instead of junk food. It is very important because what we eat highly affects our health. Besides, we can do exercise every morning such as: walking, jogging, riding bicycle and so on to keep fit. That helps us to have a fit body.Last but not least, sleeping is also very important so we must sleep enough. We should not stay up late because it is harmful to our health. In short, we just need to try our best to take care of ourselves.

* about volunteer activities:

Last year, my school organized a volunteer activity, my classmate and I hung out to do some volunteering. First, I taught children english and other subjects. We helped them played some games, it was funny. Then, we helped farmer collect their harvest. Some of us planted trees along the street and cleaned the village. I think last summer was very intereting because we have helped poor people. I love this avtivities.

*about your hobby :

My hobby is cooking. I start my hobby when I was eight years old. I share it with my mom and my elder sister. When I begin my hobby, I fell so bored because it is so diffcult for me to remember ingredents and its use. But  two next months , I am completely attracted by cooking. And now, it is my hobby. I like cooking because I can cook many delicious dishes for my family. In the future, I will continue my hobby
