On average, the country has thousands of traffic accidents each year, causing serious damage to people and property. Although it has been upgraded and improved many times, Vietnam's transport system has not been much improved. Continuous traffic jams occurring in big cities cause hundreds of billions of losses each year, not only the injuries related to traffic accidents are also increasing, especially head injuries, poles. living. Traffic on land, rail, and water vehicles each year, but with ever-evolving road infrastructure, data can be generated to help with the traffic situation. Society is increasingly developing, the development of people, vehicles are also more and more, from that situation, our country's traffic becomes more and more narrow, roads and bridges are widened but still can't end the traffic jams at rush hours. Traffic jam is not only a lot of cars but also partly due to human consciousness so we must obey traffic laws to make sure safe for us and everyone

As cities, especially in developing countries, seek to advance, their streets have become extremely crowded. Although the problem is so serious in certain situations that traffic sometimes stops, there have been some steps that can be taken to try to tackle the problem.

A lack of room is clearly one of the main causes of traffic congestion. Cities in developing countries are growing so rapidly and contain so many individuals that there is no space for new roads to cope with this new development. The narrow streets, which used to contain mostly bicycles, motorcycles, and just a few vehicles, are now obstructed by the latter. The rising income of city dwellers is another element. One, if not the most popular, way to show off this new prosperity is to buy a car. As the number of people who can afford a car grows significantly, the space that used to be able to handle far smaller modes of transport has started to swallow vehicles.

There must be strict financial disincentives for choosing to drive a car in order to overcome this question. Every day, if anyone wants to take up too much extra space, they should be required to pay an additional tax that can be used to strengthen the infrastructure of transport and expand bus service. It should be clear that the best choice is to have more and better public transport. Extra roads are not a solution until a city exceeds a certain scale. Some citizens, of course, hate being forced to use public transport, but it must be seen as the price of living in a big city and being able to take advantage of opportunities provided by urban centers.

All in all, although economic and population growth has led to major traffic issues, there are some pragmatic changes that could be made to make the situation better. More streets are only a temporary solution to this. What is needed is a massive investment in new public transit systems and a heavy penalty for those who choose to drive their private cars so that roads can flow and life can be better to everybody.
