Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Morever, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.

At present, traffic safety is one of the major issues concerned by the whole society. Slogans such as: "Safety is friend, accident is enemy", "Traffic safety is happiness for everyone" ... were posted on every street. It is like a reminder as well as a warning that people in traffic should strictly obey the traffic safety laws to bring their safety and family happiness. But the number of traffic accidents every year has not decreased, in contrast, it has increased a lot. Every year, Vietnam has nearly a thousand traffic accidents. In the past year, the number of traffic accidents has quadrupled. All causes of the accident stem from a lack of understanding of the Traffic Law. It is time for us to come up with more effective and creative, proactive and active measures to educate young people to be aware of obeying the law in traffic. This responsibility belongs to the school, the family and the whole society. President Ho Chi Minh once taught: "People with virtue but not being able to do anything are also difficult, but having talent without virtue is also useless". Therefore, we need to pay more attention to ethical education for pupils and students, but first of all, educating citizenship. Improving school traffic not only contributes to reducing traffic accidents, but more importantly, educates the legal awareness for future generations. Our youths live the life of the country, is a rich human resource for national development. Young people, be aware that: "Death is not far away, but by your side for every kilometer" Please respect your own life as well as respect the lives of.
