I'll introduce you to a traditional dish of Việt Nam -  phở. It's considered a specialty that has a reasonable price and can be eaten at any time of the day. Phở is loved by many people around the world because of its affordable price and special taste.There are many kinds of phở such as chicken noodle soup, beef noodle soup, fried phở, etc,.... . The way of making phở is pretty complicated. The main ingredients of beef noodle soup consisting of broth, rice noodles, and sliced beef. It is also garnished with bean sprouts, basil, anise, green onion, white onion, and coriander leaves. Many people like to put some hot sauce, chili pepper, vinegar, or lime into the dish. Beef noodle soup tastes best when served hot. It had become extremely popular in the South. Fried Pho is known for its yummy flavors and simple ingredients. The dish is a combination of rice noodles, beef, onion, carrots, ginger, herbs, mustard greens, and spices. Thanks to Pho, Vietnamese cuisine is famous around the globe. I am really proud of Phở and I hope this wonderful dish will be known by more and more people.
