If we transfer the same amount of oil that barrel II contains from barrel I to barrel II, then, we transfer the same amount of oil that barrel I contains from barrel II back to barrel I, the two barrels will end up having the same amount of oil. Find the amount of oil in barrel I originally.

We call the amount of the oil barrel I and II: x and y
According to the information, we have:
x + y = 200 (1)
After transfer: barrel I: 2y-x
barrel II: 2x-y
→ 2y-x = 2x-y (2)
⇒ x=y
According to (1) and (2), we have x=100
y=100
Barrel I have 100 liters of oil originally
