nowadays, traffic jams is a popular problem in over the world. especially in Ha Noi, tha capital of Viet NAm. there are many vihicles travelling on the street. so, it causes much problems related to health and transport. in term of health, traffic jams lead to air pollution. therefore,many diseases are appeared such as lung cancer, heart-related. about transport, it causes traffic jams, even accidents, so their work will be delayed in hours. in conclusion, the government should arrange traffic systems. 

ha noi is a beautiful city but in ha noi there are many problems about traffic too. 

in ha noi there are too many vehicles on the road, and when you have to cross the road, you must wait for the traffic lights to turn green and then you go across on the zebra crossing. but somebody is breaking the rules by pass the red light and someone can get hurt.

and about trffic jams. traffic jams usually appear in rush hour and traffic jams can make accident like too many people try to go pass the traffic jams and finaaly they get hurt.

the solution for this is we must buid the road wider and people must obey traffic rules for safety.
