She eats a lot of vegetable and grains, fish and chicken and hardly ever eats unhealthy food such as beef, pork, fast food or snacks. She drinks mineral water to fresh her body and say no with sugary drink. She eats carefully so her body is very fit. Moreover, she is keeping her health.
