How are you? I hope you are studying hard for the exam next week. My class just returned from a trip to the Grand Canyon in Arizone. Canyon is part of the Grand Canyon National Park and it was formed by the Colorado River over millions of years. We spent a week here and I don't want to leave. Although it is summer, the weather at night is quite cool because the area is 2000 meters above sea level. The first day, the rangers led us to walk along this canyon. He talked about the history of this place. He also talked about the early settlers who lived here from the Stone Age. That's all I have time to tell you. What are you going to do during the summer vacation? Write me after the exam is finished!

Tet is one of the most important festival of my country．It’s a big festival that celebrates in spring in Viet Nam as lunar calendar every year．It usually held about seven days．In Tet，we often visit our cousins，friends and pagoda.Before Tet holiday begins， people decorate their house carefully to have a wonderful time with their family．Special Tet food are Chung cake， steamed sticky rice and a lot of more.Tet is the time when family gathering and may be is the happiest time ever in the year，the time when we relax，welcome the great new year.Hope that you will come Vietnam this spring to join the Tet.
