Hi! Everybody. What kinds of foods do you like? My favourite food is Pho. Pho is the most popular food among the population and it plays an importance thing in the spirit of Vietnamese people, especially the people who live in Ha Noi.

Basically, as a Vietnamese, i call in love with Vietnamese cuisine because it is really diverse and abundant. When it comes to traditional dishes, there is a actually a variety of them.  However, i think i am fond of eating pho which is a nothern traditional fish. Pho is one of the most Vietnamese dishes.

It is made with a lot of ingredients and efforts compared to other dish. This dish need much time to prepare. Pho is a combination between beef and vegetables. Beside that, the broth is the soul of this dish because without a flavourful broth, it is going to be tasteless. The broth is made by boiling legobones. I think it is ideal  to have a hot bowl of Pho in the early morning to replenish my energy for the whole morning. Besides, i can eat Pho every time in a day.

I believe that if someone asks me about a specciality that they need to try, i will definitely recommend them to try Pho because it is delicous.

Anyone feels hungry in a short time in the morning can alsoenjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho to fill their empty stomach. Have many Pho but there are two main kind of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. The ingredients of Pho are rice noodles and borth which is generally made by simmering bones, flanlsteak charred onion and spices, it takes several hours to prepare. When people eat Pho they can add some kind of thing such as chilli, peper,"dam"...I love Pho very much I can eat it everyday without boring. I'm sure that you do it, too. Wherever in Vietnam Pho is special food.

Among the many special dishes in Hanoi, pho is the most popular. It is a special kind of Vietnamese soup. We can enjoy pho for all kinds of meals during the day, from breakfast to dinner, and even for a late night snack. Pho has a very special taste. The rice noodles are made from the best variety of rice. The broth for pho bo (beef noodle soup) is made by stewing the bones of cows for a long time in a large pot. The broth for another kind of pho, pho ga (chicken noodle soup) is made by stewing chicken bones. The chicken meat served with pho ga is boneless and cut into thin slices … It's so delicious!
