Basically, it's just a scientic phenomena, but Sylvia Voirol turned it into a fact to educate us about the life. Rain can be understand as an anger of someone, and apologize is as beautiful as the rainbow. So that, we should say sorry to anybody who felt unpleasent beause of ourself.
