In the traditional New Year days of my country, my favorite is the Mid-Autumn Festival. This Tet holiday takes place on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month every year. That night, I tried to eat rice quickly. Around eight o'clock, children in the village begin with their Mid-Autumn Festival. All gathered in the spacious yard at the cultural house to watch the lion dance performance by young people. My neighbors and I also invited each other to participate. Under the bright moonlight, brightly colored unicorns danced around to the beat of drums. The star lights, the military pull lights… glittering in the golden moonlight. Then there was the appearance of Ms. Hang and Uncle Cuoi with humorous responses. I unconsciously looked up at the moonlight, remembering the fairy tale about the pebble on the moon. And wonder if there is a real sister Hang and Uncle Cuoi on the moon? Finally, the most awaited performance by children. This is the moon cake, the five-fruit tray… looks really attractive. At the end of the party, it's time to leave. We walked on the village road while chatting happily. Moonlight seems to be following as well. The group looked up and were filled with amused surprise. Mid-Autumn Festival is the Children's Festival. Children these days feel extremely happy.
