I am writing to apply for the job of a volunteer at your Heart To Heart Charity Office. I saw the brochure on my school notice board last Monday.

I have experience of doing office work. Last summer, I work at Ho Chi Minh museum as a receptionist. I am responsible for greeting guests, answer their questions and telephones. Sometimes, I guided them around the museum.I am a reliable, honest, hard-working person.I also have good communication skill, time management skill and English Proficiency. My Ielts score is 7.0. Reference is available to send you when you need.I am available for an interview any day after 4 p.m and during the weekend. If my application is successful, I can start working from next week in the afternoons and at weekends.
