Nowadays, people have still argued about being a working mother. There are many advantages of being a mother who still keeps her career. However, besides those benefits, there are surely some disadvantages.

To begin with, as women have traditional roles, working can prevent them from completing those roles well enough. Women are naturally meant to be a housewives and housekeepers who care for the family. For long, they have been supposed to do the housework. When they choose to work why being a mother, they take good chance of not being able to handle all these roles. Consequently, it will affect the quality of the family life.

In addition, choosing to be a working mother means that they would not have enough time. Unlike men who just have to work at office, Women have to take the responsibility for work at the office and also the house worth at home. To deal with that huge amount of work women spend lots of time on it. As a result, they will barely have time for relaxation which may lead to thorough depression and stress.

Last but not least, Chosing to maintain their career and be a mother at the same time means they cannot become good workers. Household chores will definitely affect their work. Taking care of their children and doing other housework may cause them to be unable to fully concentrate on their work. They have to worry about their kids their housework all the time. Consequently, they cannot have the best working efficiency and performance.

Despite all of disadvantages of working mother may have to face up with, we can all find a way to overcome all of them. With the support from their families especially from their husbands and the society as well, mothers will have enough strength to work outside the home.
