Sometimes they have a bowl of instant noodles or a plate of sticky rice before going to work. Luch often start at about 11.30 a.m. They often have rice, meat, fish and fresh vegetables for lunch. Dinner often start at 6.00 p.m with rice, lots of vegetables, some meat and fish. Then they often have some fruits and some coffee or tea. I think food in my village is tasty and healthy. And it's nutritious, too.

I think food in my village is wonderful. It is light and full of fresh vegetables. It’s healthy and very tasty.
