Tet is an important holiday for us. It is a ceremony to celebrate the new year that has come and the old year that has passed, it will be the beginning of the new year, so it is very exciting and needs to be well prepared. At Tet, we will receive lucky money bags, wishes and branches of peach blossom, apricot blossom, and smoky trays of rice offerings. Each red envelope is full of congratulatory meanings that are given to each other. The peach and apricot branches are beautifully decorated, each tray of rice is put on the altar to honor our loved ones who have gone. Tet is really a special festive season that helps us bond and be together more. I hope this year's Tet will be a new beginning and the Covid epidemic will pass quickly.

Hello everybody!. Today I'm going to talk about Tet festival in VietNam. Don't you know Tet is the biggest fetival in Vietnam?. This celebrates the beginning of the Lunar New year. Vietnamese people have to prepare a lot for this festival. Before Tet, people buy fruits and flowers like Apricot trees with yellow flowers or peach trees with pink flower. Everyone cleans thier house before Tet. This is very important because you shouldn't  clean it during Tet. Many customs and traditions are practiced during Tết, such as visiting a person's house on the first day of the new year , ancestor worship, exchanging New Year's greetings, giving lucky money to children and elderly people, opening a shop, visiting relatives, friends and neighbors. It's a great time to watch lion dances and fireworks. Everyone is happy and exited about the New Year. Vietnamese people love to celebrate this festival.
