In the life of students who do not dream what they will do in the future? But those dreams can come true, depending on many objective factors. But I decided to pursue what I dreamed about because it was family expectations and did not disappoint them. When I was in middle school, I really liked becoming a chemistry teacher. But that's just a childhood passion. Now I like being a police officer. Police are very strong, majestic, can help the society, bring peace to the people and the country. Why did you choose the police? I choose the police industry for many reasons. The first reason is that the police profession is a beautiful image in the hearts of everyone and because of that, my sister always wished to stand in the ranks of the police 'food for the people to eat well and sleep well'.The second reason is that the industry upholds its responsibility to the people of the country. When night falls, all the families are deep in the sleep, there are many police soldiers still working hard. They always put themselves in a alert position and ready to fight to protect the people and the country. No neglect of responsibility is allowed. That is the great task of the people's police, it is hard but it is also very proud. And I want to do it too.

There is no doubt that women nowadays play an extremely essential role in the growth and development of the world’s modern society, in particular by the work of them in both workplace and home. Their roles are highly appreciated through what they bring in to our lives, which raises awareness of the work of women in recent years.

Unlike in the past, there is a significant growing number of women who have made great steps in the workforce, which strengthens the position of women in various aspects of life. It is clearly seen that most of female now decide to find a job to support their family. According to a survey in 2016, the rate of employed women in total employment in Vietnam maintains at 71%, compared to 80.6% in men. Also, dramatic changes have happened in the role, ambitions and attitude of women. Women are affirming their work in different industries which are far from the ‘traditional role’ as a housewife only such as IT, politics, management, military force, etc. For example, in administration, Mrs. Mai Kieu Lien is the CEO of Vinamilk and Vietjet Air has had Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao to be this airline’s CEO. Women are proving their incredible work outside home at their workplace. 

While modern women have stable jobs in order to increase income to support and maintain the family, they are still able to manage the work both inside and outside the home. At home, most women take the responsibility for caring, raising, educating children and managing household activities along with the help of other family members. They also show their incredible capabilities to deal with home income and outcome. Women know how to create a personal influence on family members, organize family lives and connect the love, which make families closer and happier.

Women are heroes in not only caring for families, but also taking part in different social activities. By nature, women play their all the roles with great responsibilities to make a healthy family, solid society and powerful country.  There will be no limit for women to extend their work nicely in any areas.
