Our neighborhood have a problem. There is too much garbage. I would like to propose a volunteer activity to solve this problem. I will give out the leaflets to every household about keep the Street clean and not letter rubbish. I will also hold the weekly volunteer activity to gather young people in our neighborhood to collect rubbish.

Volunteering is important for many reasons that benefit both the community and the volunteers themselves. When someone donates a little time, the difference is huge and it can shape a better community while the experience helps improve who has donated time.

Volunteering is a type of activity that creates a community because it brings people together to accomplish one goal. Whether it's a fundraising fund for research to cure a disease that affects the whole world, or to help a local family that has fallen at a time of disaster, volunteers do it. Community life is improved by helping others and helping to get things done more efficiently. More people means less work for each person and less time for the project. So when it comes to getting work done, as a community is tidied up, the more fun.

When a person donates their time, they hope for someone who needs it. If a local family's house is on fire and a group of people organize an interest for them, that family's faith will be revived when they realize that people care about them. Although the family has lost their home and property, seeing how their community wants to help will bring them joy and show them that money is not everything.

A volunteer also benefits themselves because they realize how their contribution has made a difference. This experience contributes to personal growth, especially in areas such as self-improvement, self-confidence and self-esteem that often thrive amid volunteer experiences. The altruistic act of volunteering also provides a spiritual boost. Knowing that you have made a positive impact on someone is an emotional experience that can never be matched by money or reputation.

Contributing time now will also help in the future. Volunteer to strengthen current skills and also show an employer that an effort has been made to improve. Such skills include interpersonal skills, the ability to work with others, the ability to orient and lead others, manage time and devote. Employers will realize that as a volunteer, you must be able to prioritize your schedule to make time for activities that benefit others. When employers see active volunteer work on a resume, they are more likely to use that person than someone who doesn't work voluntarily. Employers know that most of the people who provide their time are individuals who are conscientious, honest and hard-working.

These are just a few reasons why volunteering is important. It not only brings hope and happiness to everyone, but also leads to spiritual and personal growth. It was an experience that could not be purchased for any amount of money.
